If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags attached. Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Only those purchased from unpublishedcollection.com will be accepted.

How to return:

FedEx SmartPost® Label provides quick, convenient return service and works with both FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service.
To return merchandise under the General Return Policy, please:
[1] fill out this Return Form included in your delivered package,
[2] pack and seal the merchandise as well as this return form securely in the original box (if possible), and
[3] affix the prepaid Smart Post Label we have provided with your order package
[4] drop off your package at a USPS office or any FedEx dropbox/store

– Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required.
– The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund: All items can be returned for a flat rate of $4.95.
– By using the provided pre-paid return shipping label, you agree to and acknowledge that a shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
– Please keep your order number for your records and tracking.
– You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
– Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
